Unleashing the Power Within: Inspiring Thought and Sparking Creativity

In the pursuit of my life's purpose, I find immense joy in inspiring cognitive thought and sparking creativity in others. This endeavor is deeply fulfilling as it allows me to assist individuals in discovering their own power and capabilities, while guiding them towards a greater faith in themselves. My intention is not to impose ideas or direct others, but rather to be a supportive presence that helps ignite their own unique perspectives.

Aha moments hold a remarkable power, and it is my genuine aspiration to be a guide who helps others reach those transformative realizations. I have found my own power and am content with what it brings. Therefore, the power that individuals discover in this journey is entirely their own, to be embraced and harnessed according to their desires and aspirations.

In this pursuit of inspiration and guidance, it is crucial for me to acknowledge that my role is not to overshadow or exert control over others. Instead, I strive to create an environment where individuals can tap into their own inner strength and creativity. By fostering a sense of empowerment and self-reliance, individuals can think critically, explore new ideas, and express themselves authentically. This, in turn, allows them to embrace their personal power, leading to personal growth, self-discovery, and a profound sense of fulfillment.

Stay Mindful

Nitti Gritti

Greetings from Chris

Hi there, I’m Chris (Nitti) Gritti and I’m a Mental Health Coach.

Lets just keep this clear and simple for full transparency.

I am not a college educated psychologist nor can I prescribe medications.  I am certified in cognitive behavioral therapy, but the bulk of my knowledge comes from life experience.  Tons and tons of trial and error which equals tons and tons of mistakes.  Those mistakes taught me that radical self acceptance, self love, and core confidence all come from choosing to let go of the victimhood identity and embracing the responsibility of the outcomes of our life choices.

I’ve found my passion in helping others get on their own team and believe in themselves again. I am not the right Mental Health Coach for everyone, but I might be the right fit for you, so look around. Check out my content on YouTube and IG if you don’t get a clear vibe on me here at the site. No matter what i want to commend you for looking for someone to help you, and I wish you the best in finding the right therapist for you.

Be Unapologetically You.

It’s okay if people don’t like you.

Mahalo and Aloha,

Chris Gritti
